– Milkshake IPA with candy hearts, sprinkles, marshmallows, milk sugar, vanilla bean, strawberries and ice cream.  Contains lactose.

Under The Cover of Night: Pecan Pie – 12.5%
– Barleywine style ale brewed with a monstrous amount of pie crust, pecans & vanilla beans.

Midnight Snack: Tiramisu – 14.0%
– Pastry stout brewed with mascarpone, ladyfinger cookies, whipped cream, coffee and cacao nibs.

– Imperial pastry stout with cheesecake, vanilla beans, cacao nibs & pumpkin spices.

Abjuration Brewing

IPA (v6.22) – 6.4%
– Hazy IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blan and Columbus hops.

Ice Cream Sour (v1.14) – 5.6%
– Cotton candy ice cream sour with frosted animal crackers.

Arboretum Trail Brewing

Sour Series: Key Lime Pie – 6.5%
– Pilsner and oat base that was then soured in the tank and rested on lime puree and marshmallow.

Wake and Cake: Pineapple Upside Down Cake DIPA – 8.0%
– A pineapple upside down cake-inspired Hazy DIPA that’s loaded with Bru-1, Azacca, and El Dorado hops.  Double dry-hopped and fruited with pineapple and sweet cherry.

Black Tie, Red Shoes – 11.5%
– Black Tie Formal-inspired stout that gets a dose of blackberry puree.  A short nap in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels that previously held Bissel Farms maple syrup round out this BA stout’s medium body with a sweet finish.

Bash Brew

Tourist Trap – 5.0%
– Czech pilsner brewed with apricot Czech kolache cookies and lager-conditioned on apricots.

Fresh Pick – 8.2%
– Wheat-based ale brewed with cherries and graham cracker cereal (Golden Grahams) then dry-cerealed with pounds of Golden Grahams and conditioned on sweet cherries.

Cinderlands

Shellraiser – 8.7%
– Belgian golden strong ale brewed with pistachios.

Eliza Works – 8.0%
– Double milk stout with toasted coconut.

Coven Brewing

80s Enough – 9.5%
– English barleywine with raisins and vanilla.  Inspired by oatmeal raisin cookies.

Swatch: Lemon Blackberry – 4.2%
– Shortbread-inspired fruited sour with lemon and blackberry puree, conditioned on almonds.

Cushwa

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cowasaki – 12.0%
– Bourbon barrel-aged stout further conditioned on hazelnut spread, sea salt, dark cocoa, and chocolate. Contains nuts.

Electrofruit: Raspberry Coconut Bar – 6.0%
– Their house sour ale conditioned on loads of raspberry, cream of coconut and shortcake.  NO LACTOSE.

Cush Culture – 8.5%
– A “hazy” collab using the combined knowledge of Cushwa and Resident Culture Brewing (Charlotte, NC).  A Hazy DIPA full of El Dorado Salvo, Calypso, Necatron, Motueka, and Citra!

Raspberry Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich Sour – 5.8%
– Sour ale with tons of Snickerdoodle cookies and raspberry ice cream (with extra raspberry).  Contains lactose and a lot of it.

OPA! – 5.5%
– Crispy golden ale w/ their family’s fresh-baked Baklava and finished with all the remaining syrup.  OPA!! Warning: brewed with nuts!

– Fresh baked sugar cookies packed with ripe raspberries and blueberries.

– Imperial pastry stout with almond, raspberry and cocoa nibs.  Inspired by the Italian Rainbow Cookie.

Ill Will Brewing

Lemon – 5.5%
– Lemon bar dessert smoothie made with Lovie’s ice cream.  Contains lactose!

Shenanigans – 6.0%
– Ice cream smoothie with mint, marshmallow and Lovie’s ice cream.  Does not contain actual shenanigans, but does contain lactose!

Mega Dark
– A lovely pastry stout with coffee and mocha.

– Their famous Smoothie Sour with passionfruit, coconut and melon.

– DIPA with simcoe, citra and chinook.

Wake and Cake: Imperial Sour – 4.6%
– Imperial sour with graham cracker, pineapple and cherry.  Contains lactose.

“What Kind of Goat Sorcery Is This?” – 10.5%
– Imperial cookie stout conditioned on massive amounts of Oreos, Chip Ahoy, brownie bites and fudge stripe cookies.

Monday's Brewing

Chocolate Wasted – 6.1%
– Monday’s base stout made with Sarris chocolate.

Raspberry Wafer Cookie Sour – 5.8%
– As the name says, raspberry wafer cookies in sour ale form.

Necromancer

Snake Pit – 7.0%
– Necromancer’s famous maibock.

Wildwood – 4.5%
– Refresh the palate with this Grisette.  The brewery says of this beer, “Pilsner, malt, oat and wheat team up with Saphir hops for a light-bodied brew with a wild ride of familiar, fruity falvors, balanced with notes of botanicals and crisp Triscuit crackers.”

Cool Sour Idea #26
– Sour ale with blackberry, coconut and toasted marshmallow. 

When Am I Gonna Need to Cook Tiramisu – 10.5%
– Stout with ladyfingers dipped in French roast organic Sumatra coffee and vanilla and sprinkled with a cacao dusting.

PIBE – 4.0%
– A take on the classic mild pub ale.  Featuring notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate and raisins.

– Russian imperial stout with pounds of cookie butter, vanilla and a touch of hazelnut.

Coastal Anomaly – 7.0%
– Neo (new, hybrid West Coast/East Coast IPA) West Coast IPA..

Pig Island Key Lime Sour – 6.5%
– Key lime, vanilla, and granola.  Contains lactose.

Shunami: Chocolate-covered Strawberry Dessert – 9.97%
– Dessert stout with chocolate, strawberry.  Light roast, full bodied.  Contains lactose.

Smooshie: Banana Coconut Pie – 6.5%
– Self-explanatory fruited sour with banana, coconut and vanilla.  Light sourness, creamy-smooth mouthfeel..  Contains lactose.

O’Shu Irish Red Ale – 5.5%
– Medium to light body, earthy hop character, malty, caramel undertones.  Easy drinker to gear you up for St. Paddy’s Day.

Voodoo Brewing

Lacto Kooler: Green – 5.5%
– Sour brewed with Green.

Grindin’: Coffee Stout – 9.0%
– Coffee stout brewed with Market District coffee.
